Biography
Maurice Braddell (23 November 1900 – 28 July 1990) was an English actor, author and art restorer. He appeared in British silent films and talkies during the 1920s and 1930s.
His credits include the role of Dr. Harding in Things to Come (1936). He was Noël Coward’s understudy in the original West End production of Private Lives and wrote plays, including the farce It’s You I Want (1935).
More than thirty years later, while working as an art restorer in New York, he was cast as The Artist in Andy Warhol’s Flesh (1968) and appeared in Women in Revolt (1971).
