Biography
Maksim Sergeyev is a Russian actor and voice artist. Born on 21 March 1968 in Alma-Ata, Kazakh SSR, USSR (now Almaty, Kazakhstan), he trained at the Saint Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academy (SPbGATI), graduating in 1992 from the course of V. V. Petrov. He has been a member of the Komedianty theatre company in St Petersburg since 1990.
Sergeyev portrayed Peter the Great in Aleksandr Sokurov's Russian Ark (2002). He has appeared in supporting roles in Russian films and series, including Cop Wars (2005). He is also a prominent voice actor, serving as the official Russian voice of Mickey Mouse since 2003 and contributing to animated features and series such as the Three Heroes franchise, Ivan Tsarevich & the Grey Wolf films and Finnick (2022).
