Biography
Meredith Lavender is a television writer and producer. She wrote thirteen episodes of the series Nashville (2012–2016) and held producing roles including executive producer, co-executive producer and supervising producer on the show.
She also wrote an episode of The Gifted (2017) and the teleplay for an episode of The Flight Attendant (2020). With writing partner Marcie Ulin, Lavender served as showrunner and executive producer on The Flight Attendant. The pair received WGA Award nominations for new series on both Nashville and The Flight Attendant, and The Flight Attendant earned an Emmy nomination for outstanding comedy series.
In 2026, Lavender and Ulin signed a first-look deal with MGM Television. She has also written the novels Happy Wife and Perfect Life.
