Biography
Methodic Doubt is a composing duo formed by Kris Dirksen and Dane Short. The pair began working together full-time around 2007–2008 under the name established by Short in 2003, and they operate Methodic Doubt Music, a collective based in Los Angeles. They initially built their careers scoring trailers for films, television programmes and video games.
The duo composed the original score and main title theme for the Cinemax series Banshee (2013). They have also scored the Warner Bros./DC Comics documentary Necessary Evil: The Villains of DC Comics and episodes of the series Genre Graveyard (2020).
