Biography
Michael Narducci is a television writer and producer. He contributed as a writer on The Vampire Diaries (2009) from 2011 to 2013, also serving as executive story editor, co-producer and producer on the series.
He was showrunner of The Originals (2013) for its third and fourth seasons, having previously written episodes and acted as executive producer. Other writing credits include Medium (2005), The 4400 (2004), Superman & Lois (2021) and Archive 81 (2022).
Narducci was raised in Youngstown, Ohio. He attended Harvard University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in psychology, and received an MFA in creative writing from the University of Virginia. He has taught screenwriting at the Idyllwild Arts Academy and other institutions.
