Biography
Michael Weatherly is an American actor, director, producer and musician. Born on 8 July 1968 in New York City, he was raised in Fairfield, Connecticut, and attended Boston University, Menlo College and American University before leaving to pursue acting.
He is best known for playing Anthony DiNozzo in the television series NCIS (2003–2016), a role he first portrayed in two episodes of JAG (2003) and has reprised in later appearances and spin-offs. Weatherly directed episodes of NCIS, including "One Last Score" (2011) and "Seek" (2013). Other notable roles include Logan Cale in Dark Angel (2000–2002) and Jason Bull in Bull (2016–2022).
Weatherly began his career with roles in the daytime dramas Loving (1992–1995) and The City (1995–1996).
