Biography
Michel Etcheverry (also credited as Michel-Adrien Etcheverry) was a French actor. He was born on 16 December 1919 in Saint-Jean-de-Luz and died on 30 March 1999 in Paris.
He began his career in the theatre as a stage manager before joining the troupe of Louis Jouvet. He entered the Comédie-Française in 1961, became a sociétaire in 1964 and an honorary member in 1984. His film roles include Doctor Lherminier in Eyes Without a Face (1960), the Prefect Luizet in Is Paris Burning? (1966), the Inquisitor in The Milky Way (1969) and the Fisher King in Perceval (1978).
