Biography
Miguel Herrán is a Spanish actor. Born on 25 April 1996 in Málaga, he made his feature film debut as Darío in Nothing in Return (2015). For the role he received the Goya Award for Best New Actor in 2016.
Herrán gained wider recognition for his portrayal of Aníbal 'Río' Cortés in the series Money Heist (2017–2021). He also appeared as Christian Varela in Élite (2018–2019) and has featured in films including The Invisible Guardian (2017), Sky High (2020) and Prison 77 (2022).
