Biography
Mikel Angel was an American actor, writer and director. Born on 31 October 1926 in Washington, District of Columbia, he appeared in films including Sweet Sweetback's Baadasssss Song (1971), The Black 6 (1973) and The Candy Tangerine Man (1975). He was also credited under the name Eastman Price.
His other acting credits include uncredited roles in Valley of the Dolls (1967), Tell Them Willie Boy Is Here (1969) and The Way We Were (1973). Angel wrote or co-wrote several films such as Psychic Killer (1975) and The Love Butcher (1975), on which he also worked as a director. He died on 21 April 2001 in Los Angeles, California.
