Biography
Mikuláš Ladižinský was a Slovak actor. He was born on 13 October 1923 in Matysová and died on 3 May 1987 in Bratislava.
He began acting as an amateur in 1941 while studying at the forestry school in Banská Štiavnica. He worked professionally in theatres including the DPJ in Žilina (1950–1952), the Army Theatre in Martin (1952–1953) and, from 1955, in Prešov at the Ukrainian National Theatre and later the Drama of the Theatre of Jonáš Záborský until 1967, after which he was freelance. His film roles were mostly episodic; he appeared as Marian Peter in The Shop on Main Street (1965) and had a more prominent part in Zbehovia a pútnici (1968).
