Biography
Milton da Silva, full name Milton Guirado Theodoro da Silva and known as Miltão, was a Brazilian entrepreneur and the father of Formula One driver Ayrton Senna. He owned a metalworking company and supported his son's early interest in motorsport, including building his first kart.
Da Silva appeared as himself in archive footage in the 2010 documentary Senna. He was married to Neyde Senna and had three children: Ayrton, Viviane and Leonardo. He died in São Paulo on 27 October 2021, aged 94.
