Her film credits include I Spit on Your Grave (2010) as Mrs. Storch, Super (2010), Wildlife (2018) as Esther and The Vast of Night (2019) as Marjorie Seward. She has also appeared in The Girl Who Believes in Miracles (2021) and The Last Rodeo (2025).
Milligan is a producer and co-owner of Boxcar Creative in Dallas, Texas. She is married to Brian Fabian.
