Biography
Necmettin Çobanoğlu is a Turkish actor. He was born on 1 March 1953 in Refahiye, Erzincan.
He began working on film sets as an assistant in 1967 and later took roles as a set worker and stuntman before moving into acting and production work. Çobanoğlu is known for his performance as Ömer in The Road (Yol, 1982), directed by Yılmaz Güney and Şerif Gören. He also appeared as Haydar Sener in Journey of Hope (1990) and as Fikret in the series The Pit (2017).
In 2010 he received the Labor in Cinema Award at the Antalya International Film Festival.
