Biography
Newell P. Kimlin was an American film editor. He was born on 19 October 1913 in Oldtown, Illinois, and died on 16 January 1974 in San Bernardino County, California.
Kimlin edited numerous MGM features in the 1950s, including Bad Day at Black Rock (1955), The Tall Target (1951), Jeopardy (1953), The Man with a Cloak (1951), Carbine Williams (1952) and Half a Hero (1953). His later credits include the feature Love and Kisses (1965) and episodes of television series such as The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet.
