Biography
Nino D'Agata (1955–2021) was an Italian actor and voice actor. Born in Catania, Sicily, he began his screen career in the early 1990s and appeared in numerous films and television productions, often in supporting roles.
His film credits include Giovanni Falcone (1993), The Last Kiss (2001), The Consequences of Love (2004) as Mafioso #1, Golden Door (2006), La trattativa (2014) and Il ministro (2016). On television he featured in series such as Don Matteo, R.I.S. - Delitti imperfetti and Faccia d'angelo. He also worked extensively as a voice actor, dubbing characters in The Simpsons and films including the Iron Man series.
D'Agata taught dubbing at Voice Art Dubbing schools in several Italian cities. He was partnered with voice actress Paola Valentini; their son Lorenzo is also a voice actor.
