Biography
Olivia Purnell is a writer and producer. She began her television career as a staff writer on the second season of American Gods (2019). She subsequently worked as a writer on Y: The Last Man (2021) and served as a writer and executive story editor on the first season of Foundation (2021), for which she wrote the episode "The Mathematician's Ghost".
In 2019, Purnell signed an overall deal with Skydance Television. She is a writer and co-producer on the series The Lowdown (2025). Prior to her writing career, she worked as a stylist.
