Biography
Paola Mori (born Paola di Gerfalco, Contessa di Gerfalco) was an Italian actress. She appeared in supporting roles in several Italian films in the early 1950s, including Fanciulle di lusso (1952) and Il maestro di Don Giovanni (1954).
In 1955 she married the film-maker Orson Welles, with whom she had a daughter, Beatrice Welles. She played the female lead in his Mr. Arkadin (1955) and took small parts in his The Trial (1962). Archive footage of her appeared in the 1992 version of Don Quixote. She died in a road accident in Las Vegas in 1986.
