Biography
Parvin Dabas is an Indian actor, director and model. He was born on 12 July 1974 in Delhi and studied at Modern School, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, and Hans Raj College, Delhi University. He made his film debut in Dillagi (1999) and appeared in the Malayalam film Ayyappantamma Neyyappam Chuttu (2000).
His first major role was as Hemant Rai in Mira Nair’s Monsoon Wedding (2001). He has since appeared in films including Khosla Ka Ghosla! (2006), My Name Is Khan (2010) and The World Unseen (2007), as well as the series Sarabhai vs Sarabhai (2004) and Made in Heaven (2019). Dabas directed Sahi Dhandhe Galat Bande (2011). He is married to actress Preeti Jhangiani.
