Biography
Patsy Kelly (born Sarah Veronica Rose Kelly) was an American actress. She began performing in vaudeville at the age of twelve and appeared in several Broadway productions in the late 1920s and early 1930s.
Kelly is best known for her work in a series of comedy short films produced by Hal Roach, in which she was paired with Thelma Todd. Her later film roles included Laura-Louise in Rosemary's Baby (1968) and Mrs Schmauss in Freaky Friday (1976). She also appeared in television series such as Alfred Hitchcock Presents, The Dick Van Dyke Show and The Love Boat.
In 1971 she returned to Broadway in the revival of No, No, Nanette, winning a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical.
