Biography
Paul Frift is a British television and film producer. He was born on 2 November 1957 in Ealing, London. He began his career in the 1980s as an assistant director on feature films, including Aliens (1986).
Frift later moved into producing, with credits on series and miniseries such as Doctor Who (2005 and 2014), Going Postal (2010, as line producer), Restless (2012), Room at the Top (2012), The Escape Artist (2013), Good Omens (2019), Victoria (2016–2017) and Joan (2024). He won a BAFTA Television Award for Best Mini-Series for Room at the Top.
