Biography
Paul Furminger is a director and visual effects professional. Born on 29 June 1980 in London, England, he entered the industry in 2002 and began his career running dailies at Rainmaker before moving into editorial and visual effects.
He is known for his work as director and CGI director on the animated series Invincible (2021), for which he received a Leo Award for Best Direction in an Animation Series. Earlier credits include visual effects editor roles on films such as Case 39 (2009), Firewall (2006), Dr. Dolittle 3 (2006) and The Sandlot: Heading Home (2007). He has also directed episodes of other series and worked in games and short films.
Furminger is Studio Supervising Director at Wind Sun Sky Entertainment in Vancouver.
