Biography
Paulina del Paso is a Mexican filmmaker, editor and writer. She studied at the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica and the Universidad de Guadalajara. She has directed numerous short and medium-length films and served as editor on features including Hurricane Season (2023), Dante y Soledad (2024) and On the Road (2026).
Del Paso is the author of four books published by Tumbona Ediciones. She has received grants from the Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes and has been a member of the Sistema Nacional de Creadores de Arte since 2012. She also teaches documentary filmmaking and editing at the Escuela Superior de Cine.
