Biography
Penelope Freeman is a British actress. Her television credits include the role of Mrs. Kitley in the 2025 series Just Act Normal, voice performances as Lifts, Gosh Lady and Dispensing Machine 403 in Red Dwarf (2016–2017), and earlier appearances in Sorrell and Son (1984) as Clare and Luv (1993–1994) as Betty.
