Biography
Pernelle Hayes is an American animation producer. Born on 10 December 1970 in Los Angeles, California, she has worked in production roles on numerous children's and animated series for Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network.
She is credited as producer on the 2014 mini-series Over the Garden Wall and on episodes of Rugrats (1991). Other credits include supervising producer on Apple & Onion (2018) and producer on The Powerpuff Girls (2016). Hayes received a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program in 2015 for her work on Over the Garden Wall.
