Biography
Peyton Alex Smith is an American actor and rapper. Born on 18 June 1994 in Dallas, Texas, he attended Florida A&M University and began acting in the mid-2000s.
He is known for his main roles as Rafael Waithe in the CW series Legacies (2018–2021) and Damon Sims in All American (2021) and its spin-off All American: Homecoming (2022–2024). Other credits include Cedric Hobbs in The Quad (2017–2018), appearances in Marvel's Luke Cage (2016), BMF (2021), and films such as Detroit (2017). In 2026 he joined the cast of the FX series The Drop: A Snowfall Saga as James Kinsey.
