Biography
Phan Gia Nhật Linh, also known as Phanxinê, is a Vietnamese film director, screenwriter and occasional actor. Born in Ho Chi Minh City, he studied film at the University of Southern California after earlier training in architecture.
He began as a film critic before directing his debut feature Sweet 20 (2015). Subsequent films include The Girl from Yesterday (2017) and Em và Trịnh (2022). He has also directed television and contributed to other projects as producer and writer.
In 2024 he appeared as the Crapulent Major in the television series The Sympathizer.
