Biography
Philip Holmes is a British actor. He played the role of Glen in the 1986 film Children of a Lesser God.
Holmes was born on 20 December 1976 in Newcastle upon Tyne and moved to Penrith, Cumbria, as an infant. His cousin Gary Gilchrist is also an actor, with credits including Rob Roy, Gladiator and Chariots of Fire. Holmes later qualified as an electrician and lives in the North-East of England. He married Joanna Holmes in 2010.
