Biography
Philip White is a composer of film and television scores. Born and raised in Madrid, he studied music from an early age before moving to the United States, where he earned dual degrees in drama and composition from Tufts University and the New England Conservatory of Music, followed by a graduate degree from the USC Scoring for Motion Pictures and Television programme.
White is known for his work on Jexi (2019), Nobody's Fool (2018), A Madea Family Funeral (2019), Tyler Perry's A Madea Homecoming (2022), The Loud House Movie (2021) and Boo 2! A Madea Halloween (2017). He composed the score for Spa Weekend (2026), reuniting with directors Jon Lucas and Scott Moore. He contributed music to all 15 seasons of the series Supernatural and has additional credits including The Winchesters, Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock and Lost in Space.
