Biography
Pierre-Ange Le Pogam is a French film producer and actor. He began his career working in distribution at Gaumont, handling French releases of Disney productions via Buena Vista. In 1984 he met Luc Besson and collaborated with him on several projects through Gaumont in the 1980s and 1990s.
In 2000 Le Pogam co-founded the production company EuropaCorp with Besson. He served as a producer or executive producer on films including Taken (2008), The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (2005), Hitman (2007), 22 Bullets (2010), Colombiana (2011) and Maggie (2015). He left EuropaCorp in 2011 following disagreements over company direction and later founded his own production company, Stone Angels.
