Biography
Pierre Belot was a French actor and producer. Born in Paris on 13 March 1919, he appeared in numerous French films and television productions from the 1970s onwards.
He is credited as the desk clerk in François Truffaut’s The Last Metro (1980). Other roles include appearances in Santa Claus Is a Stinker (1982), For a Cop's Hide (1981), The Fugitives (1986) and Regular Lovers (2005). Belot also produced the 1986 film Rosa la rose: fille publique.
He died in Dax, Landes, on 2 November 2009.
