Biography
Pinar Toprak is a Turkish-American composer of film, television and video game scores. She was born on 18 October 1980 in Istanbul, Turkey, and studied at the Istanbul University State Conservatory before attending Berklee College of Music.
Her credits include the original scores for Captain Marvel (2019), The Lost City (2022), Slumberland (2022), Shotgun Wedding (2022), PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie (2023) and PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie (2026). She has also composed for the series DC's Stargirl (2020) and Krypton (2018–2019).
Toprak is a Grammy Award and Primetime Emmy Award nominee, and has received multiple International Film Music Critics Association Awards.
