Biography
Ping Zong (also credited as Zong Ping or 宗平) is a Chinese actor from Beijing. He graduated from the People's Liberation Army Academy of Art and is a national first-class actor affiliated with the National Theatre of China. He is a member of the Chinese Dramatists Association, the Chinese Television Artists Association, the Chinese Film Artists Association and the Chinese Film Performing Arts Society.
He played Chen Shusheng in Tian Zhuangzhuang's The Blue Kite (1993). Other film credits include Peacock (2005), in which he portrayed a Chinese teacher, and Red Corner (1997).
