Biography
Pooyan Aghababaei is a cinematographer. He worked as director of photography on Mohammad Rasoulof's The Seed of the Sacred Fig (2024), a feature filmed in secret in Iran.
His other credits include the feature Mysteries of the Lake (2018) and shorts such as Last Lullaby in Tehran (2021), The Feast of the Goat (2019) and Prehistoric (2026).
