Biography
Porter Strong was an American silent film actor. He appeared in several films directed by D. W. Griffith, including comic roles.
He played Seth Holcomb in Way Down East (1920). Other credits include Samuel Jones in Dream Street (1921), Romeo Washington in One Exciting Night (1922) and Apollo in The White Rose (1923).
Strong was born in St. Joseph, Missouri, and died in New York City on 11 June 1923.
