Biography
Putyi Horváth is a Hungarian actor, director and writer. Born in 1953 in Budapest, he is known for his roles in films directed by Béla Tarr, including Petrina in Satantango (1994) and the Porter in Werckmeister Harmonies (2000).
He has also appeared in other Hungarian feature films and television productions. Horváth directed, wrote and provided the narration for A halál kilovagolt Perzsiából (2005), and has received two wins and one nomination for his work.
