Biography
Rachel O'Toole is a production designer working in film, television and live entertainment. She has over twenty years of experience and is credited as production designer on Final Destination Bloodlines (2025).
Her other film credits include Book Club (2018), The 9th Life of Louis Drax (2016) and The Possession (2012). Television work includes Upload (2020–2025), Space Force (2022) and The Magicians (2016–2017). She has also designed venues for Magic Mike Live in London and Berlin.
O'Toole has received two wins and three nominations for her work.
