Biography
Randeep Hooda is an Indian actor who works predominantly in Hindi cinema. He was born on 20 August 1976 in Rohtak, Haryana.
Hooda was educated at the Motilal Nehru School of Sports in Rai, Haryana, and later at Delhi Public School in New Delhi. He studied marketing and business management in Melbourne, Australia, before returning to India, where he began modelling and performing in theatre productions.
He made his film debut as Rahul Chadha in Monsoon Wedding (2001). Subsequent roles include appearances in Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai (2010), Cocktail (2012), Highway (2014), Kick (2014), Sultan (2016), Baaghi 2 (2018) and Extraction (2020). He is also credited as Mustafa in the forthcoming Matchbox: The Movie (2026).
