Biography
Randima Fernando, also credited as Randy Fernando, is a co-founder of the Center for Humane Technology. He previously worked as a product manager at NVIDIA, where he managed developer tools projects and authored books on 3D graphics. He later served as founding executive director of Mindful Schools, a nonprofit focused on mindfulness education.
Fernando has appeared as himself in documentaries including The Social Dilemma (2020) and The AI Doc: Or How I Became an Apocaloptimist (2026). His work centres on the intersections of technology, ethics and social impact.
