Biography
Raviv Ullman, also known professionally as Ricky Ullman, is an Israeli actor. Born in Eilat, Israel, he grew up in Connecticut and began acting in theatre as a child, with early stage credits including a national tour of The King and I and the play A Rosen By Any Other Name.
He is best known for playing Phil Diffy in the Disney Channel series Phil of the Future (2004–2006). Other television work includes the role of Kip in the Lifetime sitcom Rita Rocks (2008–2009) and guest appearances as Reginald Carolla in Broad City (2015), as well as roles in House, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Cold Case and That's So Raven.
