Biography
Reeve Jefferson Carney is an American actor, musician, singer and songwriter. Born on 18 April 1983 in New York City, he is a grand-nephew of the actor Art Carney. He trained at the University of Southern California Thornton School of Music.
Carney originated the role of Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the Broadway musical Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark. He played Dorian Gray in the television series Penny Dreadful (2014–2016) and Orpheus in the original Broadway cast of Hadestown. Other screen credits include Riff Raff in the 2016 television film The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let's Do the Time Warp Again and Tom Ford in the 2021 film House of Gucci.
