Biography
Renu Brindle is a British actress of South Asian heritage. Born in Kenya, she studied dentistry at Bristol University before training at LAMDA. After a career break she returned to acting.
Her screen credits include Mrs Nawaz in the film Polite Society (2023), Achala Chawla in Call the Midwife (2021), Sister Tessa Waller in Until I Kill You (2024) and Marta in Salvable (2025). She has also appeared in series such as The Nevers, Trying and Black Ops.
