Biography
Richard C. Arthur, also credited as Ric Arthur, is an American television writer and a Captain in the United States Navy Reserve.
He wrote multiple episodes of the series NCIS (2005–2006) and one episode of Commander in Chief (2005). Additional writing credits include episodes of Hawaii Five-0 (2013) and The Last Ship (2014). He has also worked as a producer on independent projects.
Arthur is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Master's degree from the Harvard Kennedy School. He has served in various naval roles, including tours in East Asia and as a UN peacekeeper in the Western Sahara.
