Biography
Rita M. Fink, also credited as R. M. Fink, was an American screenwriter. She co-wrote the story and screenplay for Dirty Harry (1971) with her husband Harry Julian Fink; the screenplay was further developed by Dean Riesner.
She collaborated with her husband on several other films, including Big Jake (1971) and Cahill: United States Marshal (1973). She received story or character credits on later entries in the Dirty Harry series, such as Magnum Force (1973), The Enforcer (1976), Sudden Impact (1983) and The Dead Pool (1988).
Fink was nominated for an Edgar Allan Poe Award for Dirty Harry.
