Biography
Roberto Álamo is a Spanish actor. Born Roberto Martínez Felipe on 1 January 1970 in Madrid, he trained at the Cristina Rota acting school and was a member of the theatre company Animalario. He made his feature film debut in The Ugliest Woman in the World (1999) and has appeared in more than fifty films since 1996.
Álamo gained recognition for his stage performance in the play Urtain (2008–2010), for which he received the Max Award for Best Actor. His film roles include Zeca in The Skin I Live In (2011), Benjamín in Family United (2013) and Javier Alfaro in May God Save Us (2016). He won the Goya Award for Best Supporting Actor for the former and Best Actor for the latter.
