Biography
Rory Cheyne is a Canadian production designer. He studied Environmental Design at the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto. After working in interior design and the television commercial and music video industries, he served as a set designer and art director before taking over production design duties on the third season of the series Hannibal (2015).
Cheyne has since worked as production designer on American Gods (2017–2019), Cardinal (2018–2019; Canadian Screen Award nomination), Locke & Key (2020) and three seasons of Foundation (2021–2025). He has also designed the limited series Devil in Disguise: John Wayne Gacy (2025). He is married to production professional Angela Cheyne.
