Biography
Sabina Vannucchi is an Italian actress born in Rome on 21 November 1959. The daughter of actor Luigi Vannucchi, she made her stage debut in 1978 alongside her father as Jessica in The Merchant of Venice, directed by Giancarlo Cobelli at the Teatro Romano di Verona.
She has worked extensively in theatre with directors including Giorgio Strehler, Carlo Cecchi and Maurizio Scaparro. Her film roles include appearances in Nanni Moretti's Sweet Dreams (1981), the Taviani brothers' The Night of the Shooting Stars (1982) as Rosanna, and Gabriele Salvatores' A Midsummer Night's Dream (1983). She has also appeared in later films such as A Matter of Heart (2009) and worked in television and radio.
