Sarah Smyth is a Canadian actress. She was born on 12 October 1982 in Nova Scotia and began her professional career in the early 2000s with guest roles in series such as Big Wolf on Campus and Vampire High.
She is known for her main role as Natalie Bouchard in the Canadian series Naked Josh (2004–2006) and as Justine Lockhart in the Hallmark series Cedar Cove (2013–2015). Film credits include The Covenant (2006), 50/50 (2011), Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010) and Bad Times at the El Royale (2018). She appeared as Sofia Bellier in the 2024 series High Potential.
Smyth is married to actor Andrew Dunbar.
