Biography
Scott J. Jarrett is a writer and producer. He began working on the television series NCIS (2003) as a writers' assistant and production assistant from 2011 to 2018.
He later contributed as a staff writer and story writer on 27 episodes of NCIS between 2014 and 2019. He is the brother of fellow NCIS writer Matthew R. Jarrett. Jarrett co-wrote the short film Coffee, God and Gasoline (2012).
