Biography
Sebastian Spence is a Canadian actor born on 9 December 1969 in St John's, Newfoundland. His parents, Michael Cook and Janis Spence, are both playwrights. He made his professional stage debut at age 16 and his first on-camera appearance in the 1993 miniseries The Boys of St. Vincent.
Spence's first leading role was as Cade Foster in the science-fiction series First Wave (1998–2001). He later played Cliff Harting in the Hallmark drama Cedar Cove (2013–2015). Among his many guest and recurring television roles are appearances in Battlestar Galactica (2005–2009) as Lt Noel 'Narcho' Allison, Smallville (2011) as Ted Kord, Supernatural (2005) as Tom, Stargate SG-1 (2004) as Delek, and The X-Files (1996) as Deputy Barney Paster.
