Biography
Seeka is a German Shepherd dog who works as an actor. He is one of four dogs, alongside Uber, Ryker and Hondo, who share the role of Odin in the 2026 film Heart of the Beast.
Owned by an academic at Massey University in New Zealand, Seeka was selected after scouting by animal trainer Andrew Simpson. He spent around six months in training and filming for the production, which took place in Aotearoa New Zealand, and appeared in several key sequences including road scenes, water work and encounters with wildlife.
